About Us

Building out the Smart Organic Community Farming network involves balancing physical agricultural operations—like managing the integrated fish farming demo units—with the digital infrastructure needed for direct-to-consumer sales.

Depending on the current phase of the project, here are a few areas we could focus on to streamline and scale operations:
Digital Storefront Optimization: Enhancing the WhatsApp-integrated e-commerce platforms (socf.store and socf.online) to improve the customer ordering experience and simplify logistics.
Processing Infrastructure: Evaluating sourcing options and quotes for necessary processing machinery, such as vacuum sealers or flake ice machines, to efficiently package and distribute the farming outputs.
Community Expansion: Scaling the Aqua Terra Farming model, organizing the procurement of seeds, or setting up additional demo units through the rural development organization.
